Fla. shop: 'Dire' lack of well-trained employees to hire
Nov. 11, 2011—The owners of a precision electronics machine shop in Sarasota, Fla., are less worried about the $2.5 million they just invested in their new building than they are about a "dire" lack of well-trained employees to hire, according to a report in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
Finding well-trained employees to hire, in fact, has become so difficult that the company doesn't want to purchase new equipment because they don't have the manpower to run it, the report noted.
