Gowanda RF inductors

The ML0603 and ML0805 series of inductors are intended for RF applications—such as for communications and guidance—in the military, aerospace and defense markets.

Gowanda Electronics, Gowanda, N.Y., which designs and makes precision electronic components for power and radio frequency (RF) applications, in a news release issued Jan. 9 announced its ML0603 and ML0805 series of RF surface-mount, wirewound-ceramic-core chip inductors are the first to meet the Department of Defense specification for Qspecification for Qualified Product List (QPL) inductors.

The ML0603 Series is QPL approved to MIL-PRF-83446/36A and provides inductance from 1.8 to 270 nH, Q Min from 16 to 40, SRF MHz Min from 600 to 6,000, DCR Ohms Max from 0.07 to 1.78 and Current Rating DC mA from 195 to 1,000.

The ML0805 Series is qualified to MIL-PRF-83446/37A and provides inductance from 2.2 to 2,200 nH, Q Min from 15 to 65, SRF MHz Min from 40 to 6,000, DCR Ohms Max from 0.08 to 5.0 and Current Rating DC mA from 140 to 1,000.
