Journal article details experiments with two-photon microfabrication

Feb. 1, 2011—The resolution of the two-photon microfabrication system can be improved by adjusting the expose time, the laser power and the diffractive superresolution element, according to a recent research paper published by ISRN Mechanical Engineering.

From the experiment results, according to the abstract, some 3-D microstructure models were fabricated to show the potential of the two-photon microfabrication method.
