SmalTec offers new micromachine

Said to provide high-volume micromanufacturing, the MM903 Micro Machine from SmalTec International uses a variety of drills and endmills, and features a standard tool rotation up to 50,000 rpm.

The new SmalTec micromachine also offers a 200mm x 200mm work area, fully coordinated motion of all axes, tool verification and CAD/CAM compatibility. Options include an automatic tool changer with 32 positions, automatic part detection and C- rotation for the workpiece.

The customizable machine comes equipped with industry standard G and M code software.
