Genevieve Swiss Industries Inc.’s Multidec back-tool toolholders for Swiss-style machines are intended for turning operations on the subspindle, as well as from an ID-tool position. Each holder is center-height adjustable to ±0.020", a critical feature on machines without a Y axis, the company reports. The toolholder system features a range of shanks, spacers and insert modules to suit most machines.
